I propose that Issue 61 is Closed with No Action.

There is currently no implementation type that has a requirement for the capability that is described in
this proposal.  If in the future an implementation type is specified that requires this type of function, then
a new Issue can be raised to add the necessary function to some future version of the Assembly
specification.
