Here is an updated proposal to resolve issue 107:

The following changes are proposed to the set of normative statements identified in the issue:

50023 - remove completely (see Issue 34 for wording relating to timing of raising of errors)
50024 - remove completely (see Issue 34)

60020 - wording updated

12004 - downgraded to a non-normative statement

12005 - extended wording
12008 - updated wording
12025 - updated wording
