Administrative Roster Repairs

SCA-Assembly Members:

Inadvertently a number of members were deleted from the TC roster  
yesterday; I've made an administrative repair to add back in the  
following members. These members' temporary absence from the roster  
should in no way impact their roles in the TC as it was due to  
inadvertent deletion in the roster management process. Please notify  
the chairs if you feel there are any errors.
