Re: Updates to SCA schema and RDDL file

Hi Anish,

   I'm trying to follow the instructions noted. I can't overwrite an  
existing file - that is, I can't replace a cd03.xsd with another  
cd03.xsd; it's obviously been changed since cd03 was voted/approved.

   Also, the namespace document didn't come through as an attachment,  
but instead was copied into the body of the archived email message.  
Can you either send me the file or point me to the Kavi URI?
