SCA Assembly Spec - CD03-Rev2 with updated Formatting

Folks,

Bryan Aupperle very kindly did a superb
job in producing an updated version of CD03-Rev2 of the Assembly specification
with a major set of editorial formatting
updates, which he posted to the list at the end of August.

In this new version, every example and
snippet is given a caption and a reference number, plus consistent formatting.

I'd like to thank Bryan for what must
have been a lot of hard work - and I propose that we use this editorial
update as the
basis for future revisions of the SCA
Assembly spec.  Since these are editorial updates with no normative
impact, I 
suggest that an issue is not required
to deal with this update - everyone will have the opportunity to make comments
on the updated format when we prepare
the next CD release of the spec.
