What deos "Publicly Available" mean?

Without getting into legal terms - people shouldn't have to sign or buy anything to obtain test suite

 

...may be GNU license or something similar and should be downloadable from public (open) source

BryanA:

But this is independent from SCA runtime licensing - which may be full commercial license

(I.E. May have to buy product in order to execute "free" test code)

...Normative statments referenced to states - Have to notify errors before "Running" (but could be before)

DaveB:

Thinks there needs some clarifaction regarding automatic and manual deployment

 

...don't want to imply that runtime must automatically deploy

BryanA:

ASM14001 says SHOULD detect errors at deployment which is stronger than MAY used in proposal

AnishK:

Echo's DaveB's comment and also thinks things may be overspecified

 

...not everything is deployable - e.g. WSDL

MikeE:

Depends on POV - WSDL is deployed when compnent using it is deployed
