NEW ISSUE: vendor-specific build tools (plugins) required to run conformance test build

TARGET: SCA Assembly Conformance Tests

DESCRIPTION:

A number of Tuscany-specific plugins are required for the default  
conformance test build. Given these are supposed to be vendor-neutral,  
they should be removed before the tests are finalized:

- Tuscany Maven Zip plugin
- Tuscany Maven Bundle Plugin
- Tuscany Maven Eclipse Plugin

PROPOSAL:

I could not find documentation for the above plugins. However, it  
appears that the "zip plugin" can be replaced with the standard Maven  
Assembly plugin. The plugins should be replaced with standard Maven  
ones, or removed from the build and supplied by vendor-specific  
versions of the conformance tests.
