TARGET: 

SCA Assembly Conformance Tests

DESCRIPTION: 

There appears to be an assumption in test case
TEST_ASM_6015  that binding.sca "mayProvide"
confidentiality and integrity. However there is currently no requirement
in the spec that this is the case as far as I can tell.

PROPOSAL: 

Clarify the assembly spec one way or the other.
