eventType.xsd used but not defined

Description:

Lines 5957, 6208, 6213 define eventType element.

Lines 6209, 6214 define EventType complexType.

Also, line 4087 includes a reference to sca:eventType.xsd, but
eventType.xsd is not defined anywhere.

Proposal:
Element definition on line 6213 should be renamed eventTypeDefinition
Complex type definition on line 6214 should be renamed EventTypeDefinition

Line 6199 should refer to eventTypeDefinition instead of eventType

Line 4072 should refer to eventTypeDefinition instead of eventType

Line 4087 should refer to eventTypeDefinition

(Note that this may be mooted by the use of the
http://www.w3.org/TR/ws-event-descriptions/ spec..., so an alternate
proposal for resolution would be *entirely* appropriate).
