7. Consider next steps for SCA Asssembly v1.1

Since both the SCA Assembly 1.1 specification and the Assembly V1.1 Test Suite materials have completed second public review,
we should now consider the next steps for V1.1.

An updated version of the Assembly spec containing all the changes implied by the resolved issues since CD05 was published is here:
