After I uploaded WD03 to Kavi, I noticed
that there were a number of broken hyperlinks and problems with a number
of the caption numbers. 
I have uploaded a draft [1] that fixes these problems, and has all of the
1.1 merges accepted.  This should provide a good working copy for
future edits.
