[NEW ISSUE] Need to Provide Linkage between SCA Assembly spec and theAssembly Testcases

Description:

Currently, there is no linkage between
the Assembly specification and the Assembly testcases.

Proposal:

Following the direction set in http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BINDINGS-149
:

1) Add a reference to the Assembly Testcases
document in Section 1.3:

[SCA-ASSEMBLY-TC]

OASIS Committee Draft 03, " TestCases for the SCA Assembly Model Version 1.1 Specification", August 2010.

2) Add a new section, 1.5, that describes the relationship to the testcases:

1.5        Testcases

The TestCases for the SCA Assembly Model Version 1.1 Specification [SCA-ASSEMBLY-TC] defines the TestCases for the SCA Assembly specification.

The TestCases represent a series of tests that SCA runtimes are expected to pass in order to claim conformance to the requirements of the SCA Assembly specification.
