This error is actually the subject of
ASSEMBLY-141, long since resolved:

I'm going to treat this as an editorial,
since it is clearly simply the non-application of a resolved issue.

Since we are going to approve an updated WD, I found
another error that 
is worth fixing.

ASM50007 says:
The @name attribute of a service element of a <component/> MUST be
unique amongst the service elements of that <component/>

This is about the component reference. so s/service/reference/g in ASM50007.
