Status update on TCADMIN-527, CSD Creation / Upload Request for SCAAssembly Model Specification v1.1

Mike & members of the SCA-Assembly TC,

Just a quick note to let you know that Committee Specification Draft
08 or Service Component Architecture Assembly Model Specification
Version 1.1 has been created and loaded to the OASIS Library. The
URL's for the CSD are:

In addition, the public review copies have been prepared and loaded
and the 15 day public review launched.
