Question regarding Suspension of Assembly TC work

Folks,

At the meeting of 14th February, the
question was raised of whether the Assembly TC should continue to
work on the 1.2 specification while
the SCA V1.1 specifications remain uncompleted, due to the fact that
there are not 2 conforming implementations
for an appropriate set of the specifications as defined in the
Assembly spec.

We should consider whether to suspend
work in the TC until a time when the V1.1 Exit Criteria can be met
- a second conforming implementation
being required.

If work on V1.1 cannot complete, there
seems little prospect of work on V1.2 being able to complete.
