Transfer of JIRAs

Folks,

I have transferred the "live"
JIRA issues from the OSOA JIRA system to the OASIS JIRA system, with the
mapping as follows:

ASSEMBLY-227   ->   SCAASSEMBLY-1
ASSEMBLY-233   ->   SCAASSEMBLY-2
ASSEMBLY-239   ->   SCAASSEMBLY-3
ASSEMBLY-247   ->   SCAASSEMBLY-4
ASSEMBLY-248   ->   SCAASSEMBLY-5

ASSEMBLY-105   ->   SCAASSEMBLY-6
ASSEMBLY-178   ->   SCAASSEMBLY-7

The final pair are Deferred issues.
