A similar issue was raised at [1]. See my reply at [2].

I think we ought to update the links at www.oasis-opencsa.org to point 
to the 1.0 contributions (which are identical to the spec that were 
available at osoa.org) as identified in [2].

Not really an Assembly issue (may be a steering committee issue), but we 
ought to ask the TC Admin or anyone who has the credentials to update 
the oasis-opencsa.org pages.
