The ballot to close the TC https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/sca-assembly/ballot.php?id=2363 FAILED.
There were 5 votes in favour and 4 against, so while this is a majority, it is not full majority of the 10 voting members on the TC, as required by the TC Process, section 2.15.
Therefore the TC remains open and the chairs will propose a meeting schedule in the near future.
