I'll be dialing in from the UK, but I probably won't manage to stay up and 
awake until 2am :-)  So, depending on the time, I might not be around for 
the discussion of item 14.

For this item, I'd like to request that the TC consider adding to the Web 
Service binding an interoperable protocol for callbacks.  This will allow 
different implementations of SCA to interoperate over Web services using 
SCA services and references that specify a callback interface as well a 
forward interface.  There is already an interoperable specification for 
conversations over Web services using WS-RM (section 2.2.3), but nothing 
is defined for callbacks.
