Warning - US Daylight Savings time and European Summer time discrepancy

Based on the US and European time changes for summer, the following SCA
Bindings TC calls will be affected: 

1. 13th March 
2. 20th March 
3. 27th March 

On these dates, the calls will be at the SAME TIME for US participants
(ie 09:00 Pacific / 12:00 Eastern) but
they will be 1 hour earlier for European participants (ie 16:00 UK / 17:00
Central European)

I will add a note to the call-in details
for these meetings as a reminder.
