3. Actions

[Sanjay Patil] Raise a new issue on identifying the source of messages.
[Simon Nash] Submit an updated proposal for resolution of issue 19, including services, references, callbacks.
[Simon Nash] Submit an updated proposal for resolution of issue 2.
[Martin Chapman] Raise an issue with assembly spec - SCA BPEL allows partnerlink types with interfaces. Need a discussion in the assembly TC. Should BPEL partnerlinks be first class citizens in assembly.
[Piotr Przybylski] Raise an issue: when to refer to an existing resource adapter, should we allow an naming context URI to also be specified to identify the JNDI naming context?
[Piotr Przybylski] Raise an issue: Properties on Bindings - JCA's concept of creating reusable binding definitions, which define properties that can be given values when the binding definition is reused, should possibly be adopted by other bindings as well (JMS & WS).
[Mike Rowley] Raise an issue: Data Binding and Operation Selection - We need a way to identify how the business data is translated into the wire representation of each of the binding types. We also need to have a way to identify how incoming data is inspected and the operation that is desired is deduced from the incoming request.
Proposal: Introduce dataBinding subelement (of what is open). Have dataBinding subelement of JMS binding, intended to hold configuration about how data binding is done. The dataBinding element has no attributes or subelements, only wildcards. 1) How many other bindings should have this (or should they all)? 2) Should they be customized through substitution groups (e.g. dataBinding.foo) 3) What standardized dataBindings should exist beyond the one listed currently in the JMS spec.
[Ashok Malhotra] Raise an issue with Assembly TC: Describe the BindingType as something that can be defined by vendors or even by users.
[???] New issue: What are the requirements for the bindingType for JMS?
[Editors] Add sentence to specs: "Any SCA runtime that claims to support this binding must abide by the requirements of this specification"
[Simon Holdsworth] Apply agreement from Issue 14 to the JMS binding spec to produce a working draft.
[Eric Johnson/Anish Karmarkar] Create a list of most important rules for generating WSDL.
[Eric Johnson] Include link to new assembly issue to be raised into JIRA for issue 17
[Mike Rowley] Raise an issue in Assembly TC according to the resolution of issue 17
[Eric Johnson] Create link between issue 19 and issue 17

4. New Issues

Which wire did a message arrive on? [Sanjay Patil]

http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BINDINGS-25
Is it required that every implementation of binding.ws support the soap intent? [Anish Karmarkar]

5. Open Issue Discussion

Open issues with proposed resolutions:

http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BINDINGS-20
JMS binding URI should follow JMS IRI scheme submitted to IETF [Simon Holdsworth] Proposal in issue
