Eric,

I agree that the current WD is not consistent
with the resolution of the issue - so for now I assume we need to revert
BINDINGS-15 to indicate that it has not been applied - either that or publish
an updated WD but at the moment I'd prefer to wait until after Thursday's
call before further updates are made to the specs.

Issue 15 (http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BINDINGS-15)
is currently marked applied.  It looks to me like issue was resolved
in a different manner than it was applied.

Resolution from 2007-12-06 states that we should use http://www.w3.org/2006/03/addressing/ws-addr.xsd
as the XML Schema address.

That is not what appears in sca-wsbinding-1.1-spec-WD-03.pdf
