As much as I'm sure Anish has done excellent work, I'm not comfortable
voting on the updated draft, since I don't have time to review the
latest draft and identify whether or not the issues we're agreeing have
been applied have been properly applied.
Options that I see:
- Do we vote on the previous draft of wsbinding?
- or do we postpone the vote on the particular CD for a week?

do the update). In the absence of a recent update, the latest working
draft should be considered the candidate for CD.
I may be able to update the WS binding document tomorrow, however that
would not really leave enough time for people to look at the updates
prior to Thursday's call.
