[12:13] Bryan Aupperle: 20080304-9 Assembly 55 is not resolved so the AI is still pending. AI should be reworded to state "when Assembly-55 is resolved"

[12:19] Bryan Aupperle: 20080731-2 Pending
[12:19] Bryan Aupperle: Topic: Committee Drafts
[12:21] Bryan Aupperle: Eric notes that there are inconsistencies between what issues claim to be applied vs. what appears in the WS binding document.
[12:24] Bryan Aupperle: Discussion over whether WS draft 04 is appropriate to be voted on as CD.
[12:24] anish: which issue has not been applied to binding.ws?
[12:25] anish: i went through the issues list and applied all the resolutions last night
[12:26] Bryan Aupperle: Similar concerns about JMS draft 04 and JCA draft 02
[12:27] Bryan Aupperle: One possible option would be to clone the issues, making them specific to a spec.
[12:28] Mike Edwards: Dependent issues are already supported in the OASIS SCA JIRA
[12:29] Mike Edwards: And there is an operation available to clone an issue
[12:30] anish: FWIW, Eric's request is very very reasonable
[12:31] Bryan Aupperle: Eric: The WS draft has only been available for less thatn 24 hours. We need more time to review.
[12:32] Bryan Aupperle: The JMS and JCA drafts need to have the Authoritative format marked (AI on editors).
[12:34] anish: proposal: (1) ask editors to fix everything that is know to be broken now (such as 'authoritative') (2) send out all three specs and a list of issues that are applied (3) set a deadline for review (4) set a deadline for editors to produce new draft if the review throws up something (5) set a deadline for vote
[12:35] Bryan Aupperle: Motion (Eric, seconded by Mike) to defer the vote on the drafts as CDs until the next meeting.
[12:36] Bryan Aupperle: Mike: suggests that the editors prepare drafts that look like CDs.
[12:37] Martin C: sorry irish airspace
[12:39] Bryan Aupperle: Anish: we should have a set of deadline for 1) a set of drafts for addressing the known issues 2) comments on the updated drafts 3) responses to the comments and 4) votes.
[12:40] anish: i don't see a big rush for CD. If it is delayed by a week, that is OK IMHO
[12:40] Martin C: +1
[12:43] anish: the applied issues list is already in Appendix D
[12:43] anish: 'Revision history'
[12:43] Bryan Aupperle: Simon H.: suggests preparing a table of resolved issues and which have been applied to which documents. This will help us know which issues can be closed.
[12:46] Bryan Aupperle: Motion passes w/o
[12:47] Bryan Aupperle: AI (Simon H) Produce Issue Application table and mark PDF version as authoritative.
[12:47] Bryan Aupperle: AI (Piotr) Mark PDF version as authoritative in JCA.
[12:51] Bryan Aupperle: Topic: Liaision Subcommittee current position on dates
[12:51] Bryan Aupperle: Topic: Liaision Subcommittee current position on dates
[12:53] Bryan Aupperle: Eric: The open issue bar raising date is a month earlier than we agreed since we are trying to get RFC 2119 text by mid Sept.
