Rename subscriptionHeaders element to messageSelection
Update the description of this element:
* /binding.jms/messageSelection - this element allows JMS message selection options to be set. These values apply to a service receiving messages from the request destination or for a reference receiving messages from the callback or reply-to destination.
The description of the JMSSelector element remains unchanged.

Bindings TC schedule for test assertions

Simon: this would be a good topic for the F2F meetings to kick this off
Eric: I agree that the end of Feb is too aggressive.
Simon: we would need someone to volunteer to take the test assertions on.
Bryan: Issues 60 61 and 66 need to be finalized (conformance) before the test assertions can be written
61 62 and 63 are the open conformance issues
Simon H: we need to suggest to Mike that this schedule is too aggressive

Eric: if we are going to state these as conformance requirements, we need to track it as a new issue.
Simon H: we could put this as part of issues 60 - 63 since they will update the conformance section
New Action: Simon H to update the proposed resolutions for 60 61 and 63 to Incoroporate Anish suggestion
Simon N: given other TCs will define profiles, anywhere between min and max is appropriate for bindings
Simon N: there are statements like "implementations MAY ..." in other specs
Simon N: this is something we need to think about.

Simon N: section 3.1 line 219 in example needs to be replaced with wsdl 1.1 equivalent
" wsdl.endpoint(MyValueService/MyValueServiceSOAP)"
Bryan: should change to port for wsdl 1.1, but we could also point to binding
Bryan: explanatory text above example needs to change from wsdl.endpoint to port
Simon H: line 204 "The services binding is defined by the WSDL document associated with the given URI. " implies that it is the wsdl 1.1 binding that is being referred to.
Simon H: several updates are required for intro for 3.1 in addition to example.

Simon H: question on intent acronym capitalization with combined acronym
Simon H: I would prefer to preserve capitalization of acronyms without camel case
Simon H: jndiURL is an example
Eric: there is no good answer here, outside of going back to assembly tc for clarification
Simon N: Try this - acronyms at beginning of attribute name are lower case, all acronyms not at beginning are all upper case.
Eric: I would entertain further discussion of this on the mailing list.
