Change of start time for Tuesday's Virtual F2F

Folks,

In order to accommodate the Assembly
TC's need to meet, and to avoid breaking up the first day's meeting, I've
moved the start time for Tuesday's call an hour to 8am Pacific.  The
Wednesday and Thursday call start times remain at 7am Pacific.

The cancellation you may see is for
the regular Thursday call, I've not cancelled any of the virtual F2F calls.
