This assumes that a callback *address* is sufficient. In the case of 
binding.ws, an optional correlation ID is also part of the protocol.

Wouldn't it be easier to say what happens when the same protocol is used 
for both forward and callback interface and leave mixing of protocols 
undefined/extensibility point?
