Subject: Comments on CD02-rev5 binding.jms

Hi Simon,

1) Was bindings-74 fully applied? I think the folllowing is missing:
Change sentence: MUST comply with all the applicable requirements specified in this specification." to -> "MUST comply with all statements in Appendix B: Conformance Items related to elements and attributes in an SCA JMS Binding XML document, notably all "MUST" statements have to be implemented"

2) Section 3.1 links to Appendix A are broken "Error! Reference source not found."

3) The examples have the following line "<?xml version=”1.0” encoding=”ASCII”?>", it should be encoding="UTF-8"
