Based on the minutes, I've updated JIRA to reflect all of the resolved, applied and closed issues.

That now leaves us with:

• 1 new issues (#83 - Mike just raised)
  
• 1 open issue (#48)
• 79 closed issues (!)
• 1 deferred issue
  
• 1 resolved issue

This last one is somewhat interesting.

Apparently we resolved this with a proposal to change the definition of the intent.  However, that would seem to be an action item to request such a change from the policy TC, wouldn't it?  I couldn't find such an action item.

Can anyone enlighten me?
