NEW ISSUE: incorrect capitalization of sca;messageID correlationscheme

Target: SCA JMS Binding spec CD 03

Description:

As per resolution of BINDINGS-59, (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-bindings/200902/msg00044.html), messageID should be capitalized as just written.

However, it appears this resolution was inconsistently applied.

In CD03 (PDF form), the following lines show "messageId":  648, 656, and 799.

They should be changed to messageID.

This is particularly problematic, in that the schema is presumed normative and trumps the text, but in this case that would make the default value, as indicated in the schema, unintentionally meaningless.
