Update needed to XSDs for JCA/JMS cd04

Folks,

The updated XSDs for the JCA and JMS
cd04 versions are in the .zip files I uploaded to the document repository:

The XSD files need to be uploaded so
that they are available at http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-assembly/

I would appreciate it if someone with
experience in doing this could volunteer to upload the XSD files asap.

However there's a potential issue that
these files already exist - at some point the cd03 versions were uploaded
with the cd04 suffix; I hope that is not going to cause any problems.  The
upside of this is that the RDDL document at http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/sca/200912
 already points to the cd04 versions so does not need to be updated.
