Request for public review of SCA JCA Binding specifications

The OASIS SCA Bindings TC has resolved
to submit the SCA JCA Binding specification for a second public review,
for a period of 15 days.  I would appreciate it if you could take
the necessary actions to proceed with this review, or let me know if there
is any additional action I need to take to make this happen.

Apologies for the title of the previous
note, I was going to combine these requests then saw the email asking for
them to be separate - the request is the same except for the review materials.
