With respect to chair and editors emails,
I'm quite happy to have my email in the document, and I assume Anish is
too.  However there are three additional editors listed in the JCA
and JMS specifications:

Khanderao Kand, Oracle 
Sanjay Patil, SAP
Piotr Przybylski, IBM

These folks are no longer active or
voting members of the TC, so I'm not sure that I should add their email
addresses to this version of the specification, indeed I wonder whether
we should remove their names from the cover page.  I note that the
Policy spec has changed its list of editors between cd01 and cd02.

I'll raise this on today's call and
resubmit the packages tomorrow.

3. In the 'Declared XML Namespace(s)' section, please activate the hyperlink. 

4. In the Normative References section, the hyperlink for [IETFJMS] is
invalid. Please correct.
