Subject: binding.ws - a new Issue?

Folks,
In writing the testcases for binding.ws
I note that for the @wsdlElement attribute, there are normative statements
relating to the
Binding and Port variants which require
the associated portType to be compatible with the interface used for the
service or
reference element to which <binding.ws/>
is attached.
However, there is no such requirement
for the Service variant of @wsdlElement.
Is this intentional, or is there a hole
here and do we need to add one or more normative statements to the Service
variant?
Yours, Mike.
