Laurent Domenech: [Eric] Is it difficult to test that if an SOAP.v1_1 is set, then SOAP 1.2 will not be accepted?
Laurent Domenech: [Mike] It is not possible to test with the RI nor with Axis2.
Laurent Domenech: [Mike] I did not find a way to make RI or Axis2 to refuse SOAP 1.2 if SOAP.v1_1 is set
