TITLE: JMS Binding nativeOperation/selectedOperation inconsistency

DESCRIPTION:   The JMS Binding spec lines 280, 284, 290, 359, and BJM30029,
BJM30030 talk about 'selectedOperation' but the JMS binding schema uses an
attributed named 'nativeOperation'

PROPOSAL:  In the JMS Binding schema in the JMSOperationProperties complex
type rename the attribute named 'nativeOperation' to be
'selectedOperation'. In the specification document line 118 and 939 change
'nativeOperation' to be 'selectedOperation'.
