Notes
	The motion to approve wd07 as csd01 included an update to the JMS binding and JMS binding test assertions references to the new CSD05/CSD01. These references appear on the title page and in the normative references section. The working draft referenced in the minutes and linked here does not have this change applied. Please advise if you are able to make this change as part of the csd01 creation.
