Simon, I'll track this one down and let you know the status. Initially I can see that it fell off (or to the edge) the radar because it's not one of the TCADMIN JIRA "Outstanding" requests flagged UNRESOLVED in a filtered view. That's an accident/artifact of tracking, for which I apologize. I'll be back with an update later today, and hopefully can get this one fully "resolved" ASAP.
