Open Issues No open issues 6. CSD/PR Progress Response logged here: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-bindings/201107/msg00033.html Potential issues: The web service binding draft referred to an older policy and assembly CSD level The JMS testcases latest URL needs to change to remove the extra -1.0 Anish: the URL is a TC admin mistake, and should be corrected. Simon: Approved version http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/42792/sca-wsbinding-1.1-spec-wd042.doc The ref to the policy spec is not to the most recent spec. The ref to the Assembly spec is also not to the most recent spec Simon: these links need to be changed to the most recent versions of the policy and assembly specs Simon: we could have a recorded motion that the references should be updated to the most recent versions for assembly and policy. Simon: Would be http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-assembly/sca-assembly-1.1-spec-csd08.pdf Simon: Policy is currently: http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-policy/sca-policy-1.1-spec-cd04.pdf Anish: we could leave as as, and use designated cross references procedure at Committee spec progression time. Anish: however there might be concerns that pointing to different version is a material change. Mike: we might be better off modifying the document now, and presenting to TC admin. We could vote on this changed doc as a new CSD. Anish: This is the safest option. If we did not want a delay of one week, we could do the new issue option. Simon: Test cases does not refer to assembly or policy in related work section. Simon: I will leave JIRA as is and will update the ws-binding spec, and we can vote on a new CSD next week. Simon: JMS binding link to assembly in normative refs is to CSD-07, the latest public version. No motion was made, we will deal with this by new version for CSD for voting next week. Simon: Regarding Email addresses for public review request interested parties, do we need to include known SCA binding implementers or IETF people. Anish: we have not done this in the past. Mike: I would not worry about that. Simon: If anyone has particular addresses send them to me, and I will include them. Action: Simon will produce updated revision of Web Serviced binding with proper references. 7. TC Exit criteria Discuss formal exit criteria for the 1.1 specifications for Web services and JMS. Initial proposed exit criteria: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-bindings/201106/msg00052.html Further proposal in minutes from 23 June linked above Most recent email: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-bindings/201106/msg00067.html Mike: No new news from Assembly TC. Simon: We have had motions with the charter words with additinal text related to test cases, they failed. Also we have dad motions to use the charter words as is, and they also failed. Simon: the web service binding has the additional concern that there is an additional conformance target. No resolutions were proposed. Agreed to continue discussion on Email list. Simon: I will include this topic on the agenda for next week. Topic: AOB None Meeting adjourned at 12:46 PM EST.
