Work remaining for SCA Bindings TC

Folks,

Following our discussion on the last
call, I would like to outline the remaining work items that the SCA Bindings
TC could complete to close out resolved issues and pending updates to the
specifications.

Web Services Binding Specification:

The CS ballot was based on a working
draft of the WS binding spec, based on an assertion of no material changes
from the previous CSD.  If this is not to reach CS state I believe
it would be best to accept the most recent working draft as CSD. 

This would require a motion to accept
the latest Web Services binding working draft as CSD with no material changes,
and including designated cross-references, where references to Policy and
JCAA are to specific most recent CSD versions, and reference to WS Testcases
is to "latest URL".  This would be rewording of the original
CS motion, suggested text appended below [1].  Note that the reference
to the Assembly spec already has the most recent version.

Web Services Binding Testcases:

There are three resolved issues and
one to-do item which would need updates to the test case artefacts and
surrounding build scripts in order to complete their application. Having
done that, the updated package including the artefacts and current testcase
document could then be accepted as a CSD to allow the issues to be closed.
 The actions here would be:

Complete updates to test case artefacts
from 3 resolved issues and to-do item.
Create CSD package including test case
document referencing above WS Binding CSD and updated artefact .zip.
Approve the package as CSD; need to
decide whether the issue resolutions constitute material changes requiring
a new PR.

Once these are complete, update the
TC web page to link to latest versions.

as a Committee Specification Draft. The TC affirms that changes have been
made since the last public review, that the changes made are documented

and that the TC judge these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with
the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange),
in addition the TC approves the Chair requesting that TC Administration
update the following Designated Cross-References as defined by https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#crossRefs
during publication of the Committee Specification Draft:
