Attached is the updated RDDL:
- Replaced CD01 with CD02 in file names, info section as well as URLs
- Fixed sca bpel implementation file name ('implementation' token was
missing in the filename)
- Date changed to March 5, 2009
- Updated editors list: added new contact info for Michael Rowley, removed
entry for Alex Yiu)
- Updated SCA common namespace
