The above statement can be confusing (as was pointed out to me).
The call will *not* start an hour early for those in the continental US.
The call time is fixed to thursday 8am PT. It will be an hour early for 
those in Europe (but only for the 13th Mar, 20th Mar and 27th Mar calls 
-- as Europe moves to summer time on 30th Mar). To find out when the 
call on 13th Mar starts in your city, pl. see the URL  quoted below.
