All august concalls are canceled

Per today's decision all august (7, 14, 21, 28) calls are canceled.
I'll update the OASIS site to reflect that.

Our next call will be on July 31st, and following that on Sept 4th. I 
won't be able to attend the sept 4th call, but I believe Sanjay will be 
able to chair.
