I finished editing of the SCA-BPEL 1.1 **SPECIFICATION** for Action Items
#0129-#0132.

SCA-BPEL 1.1 CD02 Revision 9 is available at

@Anish, would you mind updating the **TEST ASSERTIONS** document in order
to complete Action Item #0129?

Detailed summary

Action Item #0129 -- PARTIALLY DONE
Updated [SBPEL2005] in the specification -- the corresponding update in the
Test Assertion document is still to be done.

Action Item #0130 -- DONE
Split [SBPEL1001] into two rules [SBPEL1001] and [SBPEL1002].

Action Item #0131 -- DONE
Removed the non-normative sentence following the [SBPEL2014] statement from
the TA table in the appendix. Added a paragraph break in the main text for
clarity.

Action Item #0132 -- DONE
Removed the non-normative sentence following the [SBPEL3028] statement from
the TA table in the appendix. Added a paragraph break in the main text for
clarity.
