Title: 1.0 Errata: Incorrect C++ to WSDL type mappings
in Appendix 5.

Target: C++ Client and Implementation Model 

Description: This is an Errata item noted from the 1.0 spec. See http://www.osoa.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4193
Some of the examples in Appendix 5 (C++ to WSDL Mapping) map C++ types
to incorrect WSDL types, based on the mapping table in section 6.2.1. The
following lines should be updated to reflect the correct mapping. 

line 1730: id (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 1760: idList (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 1785: multiIdArray (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 1813: id (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 1841: id (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 1871: id (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 2158: myMethodResponseData (C++ return type: int) should map to an
xsd:short. 
line 2256: id (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 2272: id (C++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 
line 2372: id (c++ type: int) should map to an xsd:short. 

Proposal: Update the mapping as suggested 

This issue has been assigned id CCPP-12
in the Jira system.
