Title: Incorrect
targetNamespace for schema types in Section 6.4 (Class mapping).

Target: C++ Client and Implementation Model 

Description: This is an Errata item noted from the 1.0 spec. See the Errata
page at http://www.osoa.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4193

The targetNamespace for the schema types was inconsistent with the namespace
prefix used when referencing the types in the WSDL. The targetNamespace
for schema types should match the namespace associated with the tns prefix.

line 2145: http://sample/MyService
should be changed to http://MyService

Proposal: Fix the namespace as suggested 

This issue has been assigned id CCPP-14
in the Jira system.
