David Haney
Pete Robbins

1. Agenda bashing

2. Accept minutes from SCA-C-C++ TC meeting of 21 February

Minutes approved

3. Action Items

   a. AI-2 (Pete): C++ header files

   In progress

4. New Issues

5. Issue Discussion

   a. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-23 C++ Annotation
      Proposal: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200802/msg00020.html

   Resolution approved.

6. Committee Draft status

Assembly should approve a CD and thus a namespace URI next week. WD-04 for both C++ and C have been uploaded. Will consider for a CD next week so review carefully (will not include resolution to issue 23).

7. Test Suite discussion
   - What scenarios need to be covered?
   - What sorts of artifacts will be needed?
   - How to document correct behavior?

General principles:
- We want to leverage test suite for Assembly as much as possible
- Focus should be on API validation.
- Follow pattern set by Java TC
Implications:
- We have a requirement on the Assembly TC for the test suite to be applicable to runtime not written in Java
- Similar requirement on Policy TC and Bindings TC (for web services binding)
- If not we have to describe how to modify the other test suites for use with C++ and C
Scenarios:
- Synchronous invocation: client and provider
- Asynchronous invocation: client and provider
- Conversations: client and provider
- Callbacks: client and provider
- Error conditions where specific exceptions are defined
Artifacts:
- Test implementations
- SCDL
