   - Use of implementation header file was originally required in proxy generation
   - Also held some annotations which had no SCDL representation
   - SCDL is now complete and proxies are implementation specific so implementation
     header files is not needed in implementation.cpp
   - class remains needed and serves as the root name of the componentType file
