It looks like this has been in there
from early 2006 and never referenced. It should be removed.

Subject	[sca-c-cpp] SDO namespace in C++ schema

Currently both sca-interface-cpp-1.1.xsd
and sca-implementation-cpp-1.1.xsd
include the SDO namespace (xmlns:sdo="commonj.sdo/XML").
 This namespace is not referenced anywhere in either schema and will
change with SDO 3.0.  I do not know the history for including it originally,
but I do not see a reason for keeping it and recommend removing it from
both schema.
