Subject:
| [sca-c-cpp] NEW ISSUE: Remove conversational
interface support |
Target: C++ and C C&I specifications
Description: The assembly TC has removed conversational interfaces from
SCA 1.1. We need to make corresponding changes.
Proposal:
1) Remove the @Conversational and @EndsConversation annotations (Sections
A.2.5 and A.2.6 for C++, sections A.2.6 and A.2.7 for C. and references
in B.2 in each spec)
2) Remove the endsConversation attribute of the function and callbackFunction
child elements of interface.cpp and interface.c (section 2.5.2 of both
specification) and the schema.
3) Remove API support for getting and setting conversation IDs and ending
conversations (sections 7.3.2, 7.3.3, and 7.3.7 for C++, all of section
7.4 for C).
4) Remove conversation specific exceptions/error codes (sections 7.9, 7.11,
and 7.12 for C++, SCA_CONVERSATION_ENDED
for C).
5) Remove chapter 4 from each specification
6) Remove conversation scope (section 2.3.3 in each spec, with corresponding
changes to @Scope, and the schema)
7) Remove @ConversationAttributes (section A.3.5 for C++ and A.3.10 for
C)
8) Remove the conversationMaxAge, conversationMaxIdle and conversationSinglePrincipal
attributes from inplemenation,cpp and implementation.c (sections 2.5.3
of each spec) and the schema
